  • Understanding the bigger picture was essential for a company working with 12+ teams across 35+ global markets. I designed a visual report for The Oil and Gas Year to represent the sales results across regions like Nigeria, Trinidad & Tobago, and Ghana, making complex data clear, accessible, and engaging for all stakeholders.

  • Encourage teams and leadership to quickly grasp sales trends, compare regional performance, and make faster, more informed strategic decisions based on visual insights.

  • Good design doesn’t just present information — it transforms it into a story that connects teams, sparks discussions, and drives smarter decisions.

  • To translate complex sales data into an intuitive, motivating, and easy-to-navigate visual tool that would strengthen both internal communication and strategic planning.

  • The biggest challenge was balancing multiple layers of information — sales volumes, meeting frequencies, and hit rates — into a clear, engaging layout without overwhelming the viewer. Additionally, the design needed to stay professional for the energy sector while still being visually dynamic enough to hold attention.

  • The final design blended industrial imagery with layered data storytelling, allowing regional trends to be understood at a glance. It not only improved strategic discussions but also connected 12+ teams working globally, helping boost motivation, healthy competition, and a stronger sense of unity across markets.
