I see myself as a designer who thinks beyond the design itself. Before I start creating, I want to understand the reason behind the work: what the business needs, whom we are speaking to, what matters to them, and what we want them to feel or do. That curiosity has allowed me to move across very different industries and cultures throughout my career without losing the human side of the work.

I am equally comfortable thinking and making. I can lead a conversation, challenge an idea, build a visual direction, guide another designer, collaborate with different teams, and then sit down and execute the work myself. I care about details, but I also know when to step back and see the larger picture.

Working internationally and rebuilding my professional path in Canada has also made me highly adaptable. I have learned to listen, understand new environments quickly, and work with people who may approach the same problem very differently. I don't see that difference as an obstacle; it usually makes the work better.

What I bring to a team is a combination of curiosity, ownership, creative judgment and reliability. I care about doing strong work, but just as importantly, I care about why we are doing it, how it supports the people around me, and whether it creates something genuinely useful for the brand and its audience.
