ETİKA 2012 – Turkey Ethics Awards
Vietnam Advertising Agency, Istanbul
Art Director
Corporate Identity / Logo Design / Award Design
I designed the official logo and full award identity for ETİKA 2012, Turkey’s national ethics awards, while working as an Art Director at Vietnam Advertising Agency, led by the legendary Tibet Sanlıman—the founder of Istanbul’s Ogilvy branch and one of the most respected figures in Turkish advertising.
The award’s visual identity was built from scratch. I developed a five-pointed star composed of geometric, transparent facets—symbolizing ethical integrity, ambition, and clarity. Inspired by the idea of standing tall without losing transparency, the logo and award design embody the principles of fairness, trust, and excellence.
The design was not just symbolic—it was used physically on the award trophy, ceremony visuals, and national promotional materials. Collaborating in such a high-integrity environment shaped both my creative vision and my design values.
“Ethics is excellence. Recognize transparency. Celebrate integrity.”
This identity honors not only winners, but the ethical path they walked—symbolizing how clarity and principle can rise in even the most competitive environments.
To create a visual system that could translate across trophy, print, and stage—elevating the ETİKA awards as a national symbol of trust, respect, and ethical leadership.
